Reaction principle:
RSH + H2 = RH + H2S
R1SR2 + 2H2 = R1H + R2H + H2S
R1SSR2 + 3H2 = R1H + R2H + 2H2S
C4H4S + 4H2 = C4H10 + H2S
COS + H2 = CO + H2S

Appearance: light blue extrudate
Size: F3 x 4-10 mm
Bulk density: 0.60-0.75 kg/L
Crush strength (side pressure): 80 N/cm min.
Abrasion loss: 2% max.

Operating condition:
Operating pressure: 1.0-4.0 MPa
Operating temperature: 180-400°C
Liquid space velocity: 1-6 h–1
or Gas space velocity: 1000-3000 h–1
Organic sulphur content in feed: 100-200 ppm
Organic sulphur content in exit: 0.1 ppm max.

Application: Used for hydrogenation reforming of organic sulfides in natural gas, refinery gas, accompanying gas in oil field and naphtha etc., and suitable to apply in large-scale/middle-scale ammonium plant, methanol plant, and hydrogen making plant, etc.
